  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed, and you will be notified via email.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
